Chapman Stables

During the transformation of a century-old horse stables to a modern condo, it was important to all parties that the industrial past of the building not be forgotten. Enter our reclaimed bricks, which were featured in every unit of this five-story building. Common areas both inside and outside of the building feature our bricks, too, lending a period-appropriate feel that allows the otherwise modern building to blend in with surrounding brick rowhouses.
